To make a payment or change your Magicjack options, you must first log into your account:
Go page: www.my.magicjack.com
In "Email Address or Phone Number", enter your email address you registered with the MagicJack and the phone number of your Magicjack.
In "Account Password", enter the password you registered when activating your Magicjack. If you forget your password, you must click on the link that says "Remind me By Email". This will be sent to your email account registered with your MagicJack.
When you log into your account (www.my.magicjack.com ) and after entering your username and password, says Welcome and is the name registered with the MagicJack. Below that there are 5 buttons: Shop, My Subscriptions, My Numbers, My Account and My contacts.
Cick on "My Subscriptions", then Select your MagicJack / MagiTalk Subscriptions: Select your name or code of MagicJack (code of 14 numbers), then click on "Select Subscriptions" and RENEWAL appear below and click on "details".
You can also go up to "My Account"
If you have more than one registered telephone number, select the number which will make the corresponding payment.
